IDR is seeking a Graphic Designer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Bolingbrook, IL. This role involves designing in-store and print creative assets to support retail campaigns and brand presence, with an emphasis on large-scale signage, displays, and other in-store assets. The company operates within the retail and beauty industry, focusing on delivering a cohesive brand experience across multiple touchpoints.

Position Overview for the Graphic Designer:

• Design and execute in-store and print creative that delivers a cohesive brand experience at scale.
• Partner closely with cross-functional creative teams to support campaigns and ongoing brand needs.
• Implement brand identity into all visual assets, maintaining consistency across touchpoints.
• Build press-ready files efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.
• Balance multiple projects while maintaining high-quality design standards.

Requirements for the Graphic Designer:

• 4-year college degree in design or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, preferably in retail or beauty.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in photo art direction, typography, and brand design—experience in both in-store and print environments is highly desirable.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present work and collaborate across teams.
