Senior Migration Lead

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Warren, NJ
C2C Pay Rate: $75.00

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and migration projects for OpenText Content Server in enterprise-scale environments.
Provide strategic architectural direction for ECM and DAM solutions, staying current with emerging trends like GenAI and ECMaaS.
Oversee and execute content migrations from various platforms such as OnBase, SharePoint, and ImageRight, including metadata, workflows, and objects.
Utilize OpenText APIs and integration methods to develop custom solutions and streamline platform adoption.
Develop and manage robust ETL processes for large-scale data migration, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
Engage in blueprinting sessions, vendor evaluations, and solution workshops with clients.

Requirements:

15+ years of experience working with OpenText ECM products, with a focus on Content Server.
Deep knowledge of ECM and DAM concepts, implementation, and governance.
Proven track record of successful data migrations across multiple platforms.
Experience with OpenText Content Server architecture, configuration, and administration.
Familiarity with ECM integration and customization using OpenText APIs.
Strong knowledge of metadata management, version control, records management, and data mapping techniques.
Experience working with tools for ETL, data extraction, and transformation.
Competency in server infrastructure, databases, networking, and performance optimization.
Exposure to other ECM platforms such as Alfresco, FileNet, Documentum, or SharePoint is a strong advantage.
