I.K. Hofmann has been outstanding. Everyone is so knowledgeable and up front about BMW. When it came to getting me prepared and on track, there was no shortage of emails and text messages to keep me updated and informed. All of my questions were answered without me having to reach out to ask them. Very professional team that cares about what they are doing. It doesn't feel as if they are just going through the motions like most other companies. I have to say, this experience was much better than a previous on-boarding that I went through years ago with your biggest competitor MAU.
