To date...it's just fine referencing the transition to active associate. At this point recruiting has meet every expectation of activating active team associate status at BMW. Molly did go above & beyond with helping me make orientation on time dealing with a broken key in the ignition episode. I'm very grateful to her for making time to help me complete everything on time.

I have had a great experience the first 2 weeks going threw training, they are extremely through with how they train you. Even with having experience on a forklift I feel like this would of been the best training for anyone starting on a forklift because my experience came from get on and drive it not the amount of slow down and take you're time like they tell us at BMW. Michelin was a entirely different story. All the people are great and I look forward to staying for a long time. Thankyou.
