You have to be a strong minded and willed person to work at BMW. It's not for the meek and mild. Business is the driving force I feel to work there. I honestly feel this job will show me my strongest mindset ever when it comes to working a job. Everyone is held accountable and everyone is responsible for quality products. Quality over quantity!!! Dream work make the team work!!! I honestly wish all my children would start this as a first job, to reap the great benefits that they provide so they wouldn't have to work in there 50's and 60's!!!
