It took a while for things to get going and I can't help but feel there was some stuff that could have been done better like things that didn't need to be an in person meeting and could've been done over the phone or through email. However, I am sure there is likely some sort of liability clause in some of the contracts they have for the companies they recruit for that specifies how their recruiting should be done, as well as it does help to ensure understanding and a level of engagement that would be hard to achieve through email.
