I love it. The training is great. And I do mean great. It gives a good kick-start to an employee. And helps them to not go onto the floor blind. The staff does a wonderful job by not sugarcoating the work environment. They don't give you a false sense of it won't be hard. They let you know up front what you are going into and they encourage you that you can do it they really motivate you and help you. Also they are really patient with new recruits. It's an all In all good environment.
