About Sophia Velasco:

My experience with Sophia was excellent. Sophia is always on top of everything and has always followed up with me about my progress at work or to follow up to check if I need help with anything or even to discipline if she needs to. Even then I don’t take anything personal and I find her work ethics very professional, she is knowledgeable,understanding, polite with good interpersonal skills. She is very direct in explaining what is required and expected of the employee but either way I still think Sophia is top notch at what she does. I like that she is very helpful to the extend that she can allow herself to help of course and I am grateful for the opportunity she has given to me. She is just a great person and I respect her for been the wonderful person she is. I hope that I cure if I have caused any inconveniences and I am going to work harder to not disappoint her. I will be the good employee she knows I can be.
