Steve sets the bar insanely high for what a recruiter can do and bring to the process. His listening skills are amazing and he will understand both what you are looking for and what the companies are looking for. He will always have you in mind once you have synced up with him -- and when a meaningful opportunity arrives, he will kick back into high gear to get you through the process. What this means is that there will be breaks between interactions as new opportunities arrive on his table, but all of the interactions will be of quality. Highly recommend.
