About Shea Jaenicke:

So far, working with Shea has been a great experience. He’s responsive, informative, and always makes himself available when needed—I couldn’t ask for more. We’re meeting today to dive deeper, which is the only reason I marked him with just a “happy face” for now. It feels a little early to give a full rating, but I don’t have any concerns at this point. He’s personable, approachable, and easy to talk to without any barriers.

About Shea Jaenicke:

Shea is one of the best recruiters I've worked with. He responded promptly when I reached out, and followed through when he said he was going to do something. You really can't ask for more than transparent communication when working with a recruiter.
