About Avetis Antaplyan:

I got laid off at the beginning of 2020 due to the pandemic. A manager from my previous company referred me to Avetis and I told him what I was looking for next in my career. I had been searching for work for almost four months without any luck and in less than a month after connecting with Avetis he found me a great opportunity. Not only did it have great pay but it was a position that aligned with the career growth I was looking for. Ultimately, the role propelled me to the full time position I have today! About Avetis Antaplyan:

Avetis started by interviewing me by phone and it was immediately clear that he understood the software engineering industry and hiring landscape. He was able to quickly gauge my experience and what I was looking for in my next role and before I knew it he had set me up with several great interviews! I interviewed with several companies over a few weeks time and each one was interesting to me and a good fit for my skillset. During the process I received an offer from a company I had started interviewing with before meeting with Avetis. He was able to accelerate the process for several positions I was interviewing for and I ended up with 3 solid offers. I ended up accepting one of the offers from a company Avetis set me up with and I am excited to start the next phase of my career! After struggling to manage job leads on my own and working with a different recruiter for each company, it was a pleasure to work with Avetis and really optimize my job search.
