I'm a Senior Technical Recruiter and Business Development Associate at HIRECLOUT, a specialized staffing and recruiting firm based in Woodland Hills, CA. With 9 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced agency environments, I focus on identifying and placing top technical and go-to-market talent for innovative companies. I bring a consultative, high-touch approach to every search, prioritizing long-term fit and retention over volume. I also work on the business side, identifying and building relationships with new clients who can benefit from HIRECLOUT's expertise. I grew up with a strong interest in technology, which led me to study Computer Science at Montana Tech. That technical foundation gave me something most recruiters don't have: the ability to genuinely understand the roles I'm filling and speak the language of the people I'm placing.

Why I love to recruit
Recruiting sits at the intersection of two things I genuinely care about: people and problem-solving. There's nothing quite like the moment when a placement clicks ,when you can see that the candidate is exactly what the company needed and that this role is going to be a defining move for them professionally. I also love the challenge of it. Reaching passive candidates who weren't even looking, building trust quickly, and navigating complex hiring situations keeps every day interesting. After 9 years, it still energizes me.

When I'm not working I like to
Get outside and stay active! You'll usually find me out on the water: boating, kayaking, jet skiing, or wakeboarding, or hitting the slopes for some snow skiing. When I'm not on the water, I love camping, riding my dirt bike, and spending time with my dogs.
