One day it hit me, why I love Recruiting: I'm a connector. I see patterns. I see why one entity needs to be in sync with one another and act to make it happen.
In addition, I've been fortunate to have other connectors help me, lead me and put me in better places than I could ever imagine. I wish to do the same for my candidates and clients.

Why I love to recruit
I've been fortunate to have people see my strengths and make introductions to help me in my career. I took my former Marketing skills to do the same for others as a Recruiter. I love working with clients in Tech to find the outliers they can't find themselves. It's a chase, it's a hunt and it's a challenge. One I thrive on.

When I'm not working I like to
Spend time with my kids, workout at Crossfit, visit family, and enjoy the outdoors. I love skiing, particularly moguls and tree skiing.
