About Erika Dictado:

I had an excellent experience working with Erika. She was responsive, approachable, and did a great job clearly outlining the role, expectations, and next steps. I really valued how transparent and communicative she was throughout the process, it made everything move forward smoothly. Her guidance with my resume and application was incredibly helpful.

About Kristian Garcia:

Having worked with other contracting companies in a similar field, I can say that my experience with Kristian has been far superior. Her communications with me have been clear and thorough. She always maintains a positive, interested, and professional tone. Specifically, a few of my preliminary documents contained incorrect or incomplete information. Kristian make sure that I had all the information and guidance I needed to get them completed properly so that I experienced no delay in starting. I feel very comfortable with Kristian as my HEPCO liaison, and look forward to a continued successful relationship.
