About Erika Dictado:

Erika contacted me about an opportunity she was working on - she is very professional, responsive and if I were in the market for a new role, she would definitely be my "go to" recruiter. Even though she knew I was not interested in making a move right now, we still had a few back-and-forth emails to get to know each other which in my book, is a real plus for her because other recruiters that have reached out to me were more interested in a "one and done" vs establishing a relationship for a possible future placement so, I will remember her for this and she will be my first contact. Recruiting is a challenging role (my job for five years at one point so I understand), and I hope Erika is a success!
