About Erika Dictado:

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Erika and I can confidently say that it was an excellent experience from start to finish. She was incredibly prompt in responding to all my concerns, including sending confirmation emails within the specified time and discussing all pertinent information such as travel reimbursements and realistic timelines from the prescreening and interview stages. She clearly outlined everything needed from my end to move forward, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The overall interaction was professional, efficient, and pleasant. I appreciate the thoroughness and attention to detail demonstrated throughout our engagement. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a reliable and responsive professional.

About Erika Dictado:

This is a long process with a government client taking months between steps. She has been great at following up and staying in contact. In an age of magicjack using outsourced Indian recruiters Erica is a prime example of why you don't do that. I've already sent her a few associates resumes who have started to look because of her interactions.
