About Erika Dictado:

It's early on in my search but Erika has been great to work with thus far. She has been very responsive and efficient with my time/energy. My career path has not been typical and Erika's sees this and is tayloring our serch accordingly. I liked the first opportunity she presented but I lacked the experience. Can't wait to see what she comes up with next...Thanks Erika!!

About Erika Dictado:

Very kind! Her initial message was engaging while removing any pressure if it didn’t feel like the right role. At this time an opportunity didn’t align with my needs but Erika was lovely so I was happy to keep chatting about future preferences.
