Joel is very communitive and on top of his stuff!! He makes sure that everything is set up correctly for you to move forward! He sure does know what he is doing!
We usually get very qualified candidates and working with the team at Helpmates for a long time made it easier for you to understand our company needs and in particular the skill set and type of employee I'm looking for. We have hired on many temps from Helpmates and have a good rapport with all the Helpmates associates. My only concern is we've had good candidates but a handful of times recently we had employees who called out sick excessively or stopped showing up all together. We understand that can be attributed to the pool of candidates or current climate of job seekers but it does present a challenge to us, especially since we invest so much time in training candidates and then losing them. But overall, we get quality employees and have been happy with the temps that we have hired.
I still have to meet Candice in person…we just spoke on the phone. I was referred by Brian to her. Based on our phone interaction, she sounds very professional and knowledgeable in ref to her job. She was accommodating and available to assist when I had questions while doing the onboarding process. I truly appreciate her patience and the time she gave me.
I look forward to meeting her personally…she seems to be a quality person.
