Job Title: 2nd Shift Machine Operator- Plastics Manufacturing
Pay: $22.50 - $23/per hour DOE

- Schedule 2 3pm-11:30pm OFF Wed/Thu
- Schedule 3 3pm-11:30pm OFF Tue/Wed

As an integral part of our team, you'll set up and operate extrusion machinery, ensure product excellence, and contribute to a safe, efficient workflow. Work closely with supervisors to meet production targets while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Check operating controls and safety of equipment before operation
- Set up machines based on production orders
- Monitor materials and products for quality and adjust equipment as needed
- Collect samples for quality control testing
- Label, pack, and prepare finished products according to work orders
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with company policies
- Follow OSHA safety standards and wear required PPE, including a respirator for machine setup
- Understand and follow routine oral and written instructions
- Maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Mechanical aptitude and basic power tool skills
- Experience working with large machines and materials
- Proficiency in production tasks such as operating, packaging, and material handling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures and quality assurance standards.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
