Helpmates is seeking a Program Administrator to manage internal and external communications for aircraft seating production and delivery. This role serves as the main point of contact, ensuring customer needs are met, timelines are maintained, and cross-functional teams stay aligned. Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm  Duration: 6 months Pay rate: $28/hr.  Job Description: 
  • Work with internal teams to get accurate updates on production.
  • Communicate with customers to schedule and manage product inspections.
  • Create and share regular updates on project status and potential issues.
  • Report any risks or problems to management.
  • Help track and follow up on open engineering tasks with the team.
  • Complete and organize all required documents before shipments.
  • Follow all safety rules and company policies.
  • Support the team by helping with tasks as needed.
  • Keep company information and products confidential.
  • Take on other tasks or projects as needed.
Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in program administration, supply chain, or aerospace manufacturing.
  • GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers

Education:

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
