Helpmates is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in the city of Cerritos.This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced production environment. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $20/hr.  Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quality tasks in a production setting
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals (SQDC)
• Adapt to and promote changes in processes and workflows
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Operate a microscope proficiently
• Demonstrate dependability and the ability to work independently
• Maintain flexibility with work assignments as needed
• Approach challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Use and interpret various measuring devices accurately
• Perform basic soldering tasks when required
• Follow established procedures and processes precisely

Requirements:

• Soldering experience preferred
• Ability to learn, apply, and retain training
• Strong analytical and quality evaluation skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to company values
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a team environment
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
• Ability to follow company procedures and troubleshoot issues

Education & Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent manufacturing experience
