Most importantly Xóchitl treated me like a human and not a number. The assignment I worked which was a toxic abusive environment where my boss was incompetent, mean, barely spoke English & did not train me just yelled orders at me. I reported the abuse to Xóchitl and she understood that it was not a good fit for me and did not force me to continue to endure the abuse. That is important to me. She is a good recruiter with a heart.

Shortly after, I was promoted and became a full time Recruiter and then an On-Premise Manager for Helpmates Staffing Services. I've been with the company for 14 years and have gained tremendous experience in recruitment and various staffing techniques on how to identify, screen and hire top talent. I specialize in the Logistics, Manufacturing, Distribution, Aerospace and Office Services segments.
