Job Title: Production Operator Pay: $20.00-$24.52 per hour Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday Start Date: ASAP Looking for a lifestyle/career benefit? As a Production Operator, you'll support manufacturing in the Formulation department, ensuring GMP compliance and high-quality production processes. You'll work closely with your team and supervisor to keep operations running smoothly and safely. What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing activities in the Formulation department to assist in manufacturing product pools and intermediates.
• Reviewing production schedules, assembling equipment, and preparing for production.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following cGMPs and SOPs.
• Documenting production activities through reports, logs, and forms.
• Operating and maintaining laboratory and production equipment.
• Assisting with troubleshooting and coordinating support for instruments, reagents, or equipment issues.
• Performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Reviewing maintenance and equipment-specific procedures to ensure compliance.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to operate lab/test equipment and manual, semi-auto, and automatic production machinery.
• Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Strong team player with flexibility and attentiveness to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.

Location & Schedule: This position is on-site in Irvine and offers day shift hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
