Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Pay: $20 - $22 per hour Hours: Full-time, weekday shifts Start Date: ASAP

As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting a GMP-compliant Fill/Finish operation. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure production runs smoothly, maintain equipment, and uphold quality standards.

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine manufacturing tasks following SOPs and Batch Records

• Preparing material components for production • Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment • Sanitizing clean rooms and sterilizing/depyrogenating equipment • Assisting in or performing validation protocols in compliance with IQ/OQ/PQ standards • Documenting steps clearly and accurately in production records and logbooks • Conducting basic calculations and measurements • Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment • Participating in sterile filtration activities • Monitoring equipment and process parameters for optimal operation • Recording observations and reporting discrepancies or issues • Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of production and quality records • Collaborating with team members to improve processes • Engaging in ongoing training and continuous improvement activities • Performing additional duties as assigned

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or an associate degree in a related field

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments • Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and understanding GMP practices • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills • Knowledge of GMP procedures, validation processes, and safety protocols • Familiarity with computer software used for data collection and reporting • Ability to work flexible shifts when needed

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Costa Mesa, CA, with standard daytime shifts. Flexibility to work additional shifts may be required.
