Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Irvine, CA

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inquiries about our fantastic retail products. You’ll work closely with our support team to provide seamless service and make a positive impact on our customers' experiences.
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly.
- Processing orders, modifications, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers.
- Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, including email and phone.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints with professionalism.
- Gaining in-depth knowledge of our products to provide accurate information.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions for consistency.
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the customer service experience.
- Providing constructive feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction and delivering excellent support.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor toward customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using computers.
- Must have 1+ years of customer service experience
- Must have order entry experience
- Effective typing skills to handle inquiries efficiently.
