Job Title: Guest Service Associate Pay: $19.50 Hours: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM (Saturday & Sunday) Start Date: ASAP

As a Guest Service Associate, you'll be the friendly face on shift, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a secure, comfortable environment. You'll work closely with the Family Services team to deliver outstanding support and hospitality, making a real difference in people's lives.

What You'll Do As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for

• Connecting with staff at shift changes to relay important information • Maintaining a safe and tidy communal living environment for families • Conducting walk-throughs of the entire house to ensure safety and cleanliness • Logging maintenance issues and communicating needs for repairs • Supporting family needs through deliveries, check-ins, and emergency assistance • Managing household supplies, grocery restocking, and equipment disinfecting • Supporting family check-in/check-out processes and ensuring health safety protocols are followed • Responding promptly and compassionately to family questions and emergency situations • Addressing lost keys, access cards, and other guest needs with attentiveness

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have

• Office or customer service experience with excellent communication skills • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities • Attention to detail and the ability to handle challenging situations confidently and compassionately • Interest in working with families and children from diverse backgrounds • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor • Comfort in a semi-medical environment and interacting with people from various cultural and economic backgrounds
