Job Title: Warehouse Lead Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse Lead, you'll coordinate and oversee daily production activities in packaging, filling, and assembly to ensure smooth operations and top-quality results. You'll work closely with the manufacturing team to achieve production goals and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for

• Coordinating daily packaging, filling, and assembly tasks to meet schedules and quality standards
• Ensuring all work complies with GMP, ISO 13485, safety regulations, and company protocols
• Maintaining accurate and real-time documentation, including batch records and logbooks
• Supporting and conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and documentation procedures
• Providing clear instructions, assigning tasks, and giving feedback to team members to foster efficiency and growth

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have

• An associate degree or equivalent experience, plus 3-4 years of team lead experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years GMP manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences
• Prior leadership or team supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of packaging, filling, or assembly operations
• Proficiency with ERP systems (IQMS experience is a plus)

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Redondo Beach and offers Monday through Friday work hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
