What You’ll Do

As a Warranty Customer Service Admin, you will be responsible for:

• Following up on customer warranty service requests to ensure timely resolution
• Contacting customers after service completion to confirm satisfaction
• Coordinating with vendors on invoicing and service documentation
• Updating vendor and product registration information accurately
• Processing all warranty paperwork to verify compliance with requirements
• Identifying and verifying any discrepancies in warranty claims or documentation

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in warranty or customer service preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and ethical judgment
