As a Customer Service Representative Teller, you'll play a vital part in supporting daily banking operations and creating positive customer experiences. You will work closely with the branch team to ensure accurate transactions, promote banking products, and uphold security protocols that protect both the bank and its customers.
What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative Teller, you will be responsible for:Providing exceptional customer service by processing deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, stop payments, wire transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Engaging with customers by recommending and cross-selling bank products to help meet their financial goals. Handling customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person, and conducting thorough account research to resolve issues swiftly. Managing cash operations, including ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing currency, while complying with security standards. Ensuring compliance with federal and banking regulations, including conducting due diligence during account openings and verifying customer identities. Preparing and filing necessary reports such as Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) in accordance with federal requirements.What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:A High School Diploma or equivalent; or one to two years of relevant experience in banking, retail, or cash handling environments. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor capable of engaging customers effectively. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
