Job Title: Guest Service Associate

Pay: $19.50 per hour Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 4 pm - 12:30 am (2nd shift) Start Date: ASAP

As a Guest Service Associate, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for families and staff. You'll support daily operations by enforcing safety protocols, assisting residents, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. Collaborating with the Family Services team, you'll help create a positive atmosphere that promotes comfort, safety, and well-being for all residents.

What You’ll Do

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and engaging with families and staff at the start and end of each shift to share essential information and updates.
• Conducting regular safety inspections of communal spaces and ensuring cleanliness to maintain a secure environment.
• Reporting and addressing maintenance issues during routine inspections to uphold safety and comfort standards.
• Responding promptly to emergencies and family inquiries by carrying a duty cell phone.
• Receiving, logging, and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries for families and staff.
• Supporting cleanliness and organization in shared areas such as the lobby, kitchen, and dining spaces by unloading dishwashers and assisting with meal prep.
• Restocking supplies like toiletries, laundry items, and household essentials to ensure resources are available at all times.
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining high standards of hygiene in common areas.
• Managing visitor check-ins, health screenings, and safety protocols to promote a safe environment for all residents.
• Responding empathetically and professionally to family needs, questions, and emergencies to foster a supportive atmosphere.
