As a Guest Service Associate, you'll be a vital part of maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming space for families. You will support daily operations, ensure safety protocols are followed, and assist families and staff with their needs. Collaborating closely with the Family Services team, you'll help create a positive environment that promotes comfort and well-being for all residents.

What You’ll Do

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting and connecting with staff and families at the start and end of each shift to share important information.
• Maintaining a secure, welcoming environment by conducting regular safety inspections and ensuring communal areas are tidy.
• Logging and addressing maintenance issues reported during routine inspections to ensure safety and comfort.
• Staying available for families by carrying a duty cell phone and responding promptly to emergencies or questions.
• Receiving, logging, and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries for families and staff.
• Supporting cleanliness and organization in common areas such as the lobby, kitchen, and dining spaces by unloading dishwashers and helping with meal prep.
• Restocking supplies like toiletries, laundry items, and household essentials to ensure resources are always available.
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining high standards of hygiene in shared spaces.
• Responding empathetically and professionally to family inquiries and emergencies.
• Assisting with family check-ins and check-outs, preparing welcome materials, and managing visitor safety protocols such as health screening and mask-wearing.
• Managing requests and deliveries from families, helping to enhance their overall experience and well-being.
