You'll work alongside a dedicated team to uphold safety, quality, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
As a 3rd Shift Hand Packaging and Visual Inspection specialist, you will be responsible for • Performing manual hand packaging and precise labeling of finished products in accordance with established standards. • Conducting thorough visual inspections to detect and address any defects or inconsistencies in products or packaging. • Adjusting and maintaining packaging and inspection equipment to ensure smooth operation. • Handling packaging tasks manually when automated systems are not available or need assistance. • Following strict cleanroom gowning and safety procedures to maintain a contamination-free environment. • Accurately completing batch records, logs, and documentation in line with Good Documentation Practices. • Properly labeling, handling, and disposing of hazardous waste generated during packaging. • Keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and quality protocols. • Assisting team members with various production tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. • Adhering to SOPs, GMP, ISO, and safety guidelines at all times. • Performing additional duties as directed by the supervisor to support team success.What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have: • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience working in a cleanroom environment—this is REQUIRED. • Knowledge of regulated manufacturing processes within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies is highly preferred. • Hands-on experience with hand packaging, labeling, and visual inspection. • Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for quality. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. • Basic math skills for measurement and record-keeping. • Ability to stand continuously for prolonged periods. • Dedication to working safely and effectively using impact tools and materials. • Flexibility to work overtime and maintain the overnight/third-shift schedule consistently.Why Join Us in Irvine?
