As a Compound Prep Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the production of medical and drug products by preparing components, maintaining strict cleanliness standards, and ensuring documentation accuracy. You'll work closely with a skilled team committed to safety, quality, and precision, making a meaningful contribution every day.

What You’ll Do:

Prepare sterilized equipment, tubing sets, and components for assembly by following detailed procedures. Sanitize work surfaces and equipment using approved germicidal agents to uphold cleanliness standards. Follow strict gowning protocols, including wearing full protective suits, to maintain a sterile environment. Use autoclaves to sterilize tools and components, performing safety and quality checks throughout. Accurately record production data and procedures in Batch Records and logbooks, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for regulatory compliance. Assemble tubing sets and related components based on technical drawings and established procedures. Support team training and collaborate to meet production goals safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

Physical stamina to stand for over 2 hours in full protective gowning. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination for precise assembly work. Basic math and literacy skills in English. A safety-conscious attitude with a strong commitment to following SOPs, GMP, and ISO guidelines. High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings; experience in pharmaceutical or medical device environments (cGMP) is a major plus.
