As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the manufacturing process. You’ll work closely with production teams to identify and address quality concerns, making a difference in delivering safe and reliable products.
What You'll Do
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for:• Performing receiving, in-process, and final inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards • Using measurement tools such as Micrometers, Calipers, Rulers, and pin gauges to verify dimensions and compliance • Reviewing work orders and verifying the accuracy and completeness of documentation • Ensuring all inspection records are accurate, complete, and adhere to GMP and GDP guidelines • Performing mathematical calculations to support inspection and monitoring activities • Reporting non-conformances and collaborating with production and management teams to address issues • Maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies • Applying established inspection procedures in a systematic way to ensure consistency and quality
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:• 4 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Control environment, ideally in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Aerospace sectors • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, quality standards (ISO 13485, ISO 17025), and testing procedures • Proficiency with measurement equipment like calipers, micrometers, and gauges • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, charts, diagrams, and sketches • Experience with ERP and E-QMS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices • Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and teamwork • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
