What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Rep Order Processor, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound customer calls and providing detailed product or order information.

• Generating and processing sales orders promptly to meet customer deadlines. • Handling warranty order processing and responding to related inquiries professionally. • Offering general customer support via phone and email to ensure satisfaction. • Assisting occasionally with light warehouse tasks, including labeling and packing small parts. • Printing and applying shipping labels accurately and maintaining organized records. • Following company procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing preferred.

• At least 1 year of related experience demonstrating strong communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Comfort working both in an office setting and with light warehouse tasks. • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and navigation of order systems. • The ability to start promptly at 6:00 AM and maintain a reliable work schedule. • A proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
