As a Stock Room Clerk, you'll support the efficient management of inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials to the production team. You'll work closely with colleagues to maintain accurate records, execute transactions, and uphold standards that keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do As a Stock Room Clerk, you will be responsible for:• Performing cycle counts of parts using the ERP System.• Receiving materials into stock and managing inventory transactions.• Maintaining control over all incoming and outgoing stock activities.• Organizing inventory within designated locations.• Executing transactions with FIFO methodology and documenting Lot Numbers.• Keeping the work area clean and organized, storing tools and materials properly.• Flexibility to work hours that support production needs.• Providing excellent service to ensure the production floor’s daily goals are met.• Following company policies, procedures, and code of ethics. (Sit-down forklift experience is a plus but not required.) What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:• High School Diploma or equivalent.• At least 3 years of experience in inventory management, including ERP systems and cycle counting.• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability.• Sit-down forklift experience is preferred but not mandatory.• Ability to lift and maneuver inventory items as needed.
