What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative Teller, you will be responsible for: Providing outstanding customer service by processing deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, stop payments, wire transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Engaging with customers proactively by recommending and cross-selling banking products and services tailored to their financial goals. Handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, and conducting detailed account research to resolve issues promptly. Managing cash operations, including ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing currency, all while maintaining strict security and compliance standards. Ensuring adherence to the Bank’s Customer Identification Program (CIP) during new account openings, including verifying customer identities and conducting due diligence. Preparing and filing federal reports such as Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) as required to ensure regulatory compliance.What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have: A High School Diploma or equivalent, or 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking, retail, or cash handling environments. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional presence that makes customers feel valued. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, essential in a fast-paced financial setting. Flexibility to work up to 40 hours a week, including half-days on Saturdays.
