As a Stock Clerk, you will be essential in supporting daily warehouse operations by accurately managing inventory and ensuring the efficient flow of materials. You’ll work closely with the inventory management team to uphold organizational standards and help maintain a safe, clean workspace. This role provides a solid foundation in inventory control, supply chain processes, and professional development opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

Count, record, and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure stock integrity. Perform routine cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory audits to uphold data accuracy. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation to prevent discrepancies. Store materials and finished products properly in designated areas to facilitate easy access and organization. Prepare and stage materials needed for production processes. Assist with shipping and receiving duties—including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments to meet deadlines. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following safety procedures and company policies. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support seamless operations. Use RF scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels and inventory movements accurately, ensuring streamlined warehouse functionality.

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus. Prior experience in warehouse operations, stock clerking, or manufacturing environments is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when counting and recording inventory data. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners. Experience using RF scanners (ID: 115475) or similar technology to boost accuracy and efficiency.
