Job Title: Stock Clerk / Inventory Counter

Pay: $18.40 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm Start Date: ASAP

As a Stock Clerk, you'll play a vital role in supporting warehouse operations by accurately managing inventory and facilitating the smooth flow of materials. You’ll work closely with the inventory management team to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe, organized workspace. What You’ll Do:

Count, record, and maintain precise inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Perform routine cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments according to purchase orders and delivery documentation. Store materials and finished products properly in designated areas, ensuring organization and easy access. Prepare and stage materials needed for production processes. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety procedures and company policies. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall operational success. Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels and movements accurately.

What You'll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus. Prior experience in warehouse operations, stock clerk roles, or manufacturing environments is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory data. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory systems and RF scanners. Experience using RF scanners (ID: 115475) or similar technology to ensure efficient and precise inventory management.
