What You'll Do

Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Screen incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or departments to ensure smooth communication flow.

- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with office organization by maintaining a clean and efficient workspace for all staff members.
- Greet visitors and clients, guiding them to the appropriate staff or department with professionalism and friendliness.
- Perform data entry and manage basic office tasks such as filing and inventory management.
- Support various office functions as directed by the supervisor, contributing to overall operational success.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- At least 1 year of office experience, preferably in administrative or support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel use.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage confidently with colleagues and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Skills
