Client Services Account Administrator (Immediate Need)

Job Title: Client Services Account Administrator

Pay: $29.63 per hour

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday (Hybrid - 3 days in office required)

Looking for a detail-oriented professional with a banking or financial background? Join us as a Client Services Account Administrator and make an impact every day. As a key member of our team, you’ll manage trust accounts, handle client inquiries, and ensure compliance—all within a reputable financial organization in Santa Ana, CA. You’ll work closely with team members to deliver seamless service and support critical department projects.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer daily operations of over 100 MBS trusts, including RMBS, CMBS, and ABS, ensuring accurate management of trust accounts.
  • Manage cash accounts for domestic and international clients, including investment transactions, liquidations, and fund distributions.
  • Respond promptly to daily inquiries from clients, investors, and other deal parties, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Review and approve monthly distribution payments and statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure transaction compliance by reviewing documents to confirm adherence to legal and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain and update deal and account information across multiple banking applications.
  • Prepare and compile monthly documentation requested by mortgage loan servicers and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to support department projects and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC procedures and facilitate smooth new account openings.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal and transactional documents.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Cash Applications.
