Job Title: Material Handler

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, plus overtime Start Date: ASAP

As a Material Handler, you’ll play a key role in supporting efficient distribution, inventory management, and all material handling functions essential to our operations. You’ll work closely with the warehouse team to deliver results that matter.

What You’ll Do:

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing outbound shipments through pre-packing and packing, sorting, segregating, and staging parcels for delivery. You will safely stack and load pallets, handle temperature-sensitive shipments by preparing cold chain parcels with refrigerants, and accurately label outbound cartons to ensure precise deliveries. Additionally, you will maintain inventory accuracy, assist with scanning and documentation, and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment. You should be able to read, comprehend, and follow detailed instructions, possess basic computer skills, and be familiar with relevant software. Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment is required. You must be self-motivated, capable of completing tasks efficiently and accurately, and possess basic problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, the ability to prioritize, and adaptability to changing workloads are essential. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and wear steel-toed work boots for safety are also necessary.

Location & Schedule:

This on-site position in Hercules, CA, features set shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with the opportunity for overtime.
