Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday with a half-day on Saturday Start Date: ASAP

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless banking experience for our valued clients. You’ll work closely with the branch team to deliver exceptional services that build customer trust and satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative Teller, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service by processing deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, stop payments, wire transfers, and other financial transactions.
  • Recommending and cross-selling bank services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Answering customer inquiries over the phone and performing thorough account research.
  • Ordering, receiving, verifying, and distributing cash while adhering to strict protocols.
  • Conducting due diligence and compliance as outlined in the Bank’s Customer Identification Policy (CIP) when opening new accounts.
  • Filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) as required by regulation.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training in a banking or high-volume cash handling environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor to engage effectively with clients.
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including half-days on Saturdays.
