Job Title: Receiving Clerk with Reach Truck Driver Experience

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 hourly Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday Start Date: ASAP

As a Receiving Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing inventory and ensuring quality control for incoming and outgoing shipments. You’ll work closely with the logistics team to deliver results that keep our operation running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and labeling incoming products to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Preparing products for shipment and matching them to associated documentation.
• Recording transactions, printing labels, and distributing products to designated departments.
• Preparing daily paperwork for the accounting department to track shipments.
• Maintaining compliance with company safety standards and regulations while performing your duties.
• Keeping the receiving areas clean and organized.
• Performing other duties as assigned to support team efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 2-5 years of previous receiving experience.
• Experience as a Reach Truck Driver.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both Spanish and English.
• Experience operating heavy machinery, such as a cherry picker and reach truck.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more as necessary.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
