Job Title: 2nd Shift Hand Packaging Operator

Pay: $24.20 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Start Date: ASAP

As a Hand Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our pharmaceutical products through meticulous packaging operations. You’ll work closely with the manufacturing team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Shift Hand Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Completing training on gowning techniques for clean room entry and exit.
• Operating and maintaining packaging lines, including the assembly and disassembly of machinery.
• Inspecting labels and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Manually labeling and packaging products when automated machinery is unavailable.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to packaging operations.
• Properly labeling and disposing of hazardous waste generated from packaging activities.
• Supporting and assisting team members in manufacturing processes as needed.
• Maintaining an organized workspace and ensuring proper upkeep of packaging equipment.
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulations applicable to the position.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working in a clean room environment is required.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and effectively solve problems.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work overtime as necessary.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Irvine, CA, and offers Monday through Friday shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
