Job Title: 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator

Pay: $21.00-$29.13 hourly DOE Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday-Friday (Must be able to train for 1 month on the first shift from 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday) Start Date: ASAP

As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator, you will manage essential warehousing tasks in the SAP system, including receiving goods, organizing materials, inspecting components, performing cycle counts, and preparing and picking materials for production.

What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily warehousing tasks including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and distributing materials, while executing real-time transactions in the SAP ERP system.
• Conducting cycle counts and processing other inventory transactions to maintain accuracy.
• Verifying goods received against accompanying documentation to ensure correctness.
• Performing initial quality checks on incoming products to maintain high standards.
• Managing shipping and receiving materials by checking stock levels regularly.
• Utilizing both motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials, parts, supplies, and equipment as needed; may operate a forklift.
• Loading and unloading trucks and other distribution channel containers efficiently.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (proof required).
• Relevant experience in shipping and receiving operations.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment with perishable products is preferred.
• Forklift certification and a clean driving record are necessary.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to contribute positively to a team environment.

Location & Schedule:

This position is on-site in Irvine, CA, offering a second-shift schedule from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
