Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Technician

Pay Rate: $20.63 - $28.37 DOE Hours: This position is for a second shift (1:30 PM to 10:00 PM). An initial four-week training period will be conducted during the first shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM) prior to transitioning to the second shift. Start Date: ASAP

As a 2nd Shift Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our production processes.

What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Shift Production Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Performing final assembly of Bio-Rad packaged products used to calibrate and quality control various diagnostic testing platforms for hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
• Conducting in-process and final quality inspections of components and products to ensure high-quality standards and delivering Finished Goods to the Distribution Warehouse.
• Interpreting and adhering to procedures and work instructions while leading a production team to execute production tasks effectively.
• Completing and reviewing all necessary quality documentation, process orders, and batch records while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Managing inventory and quality transactions in the SAP Inventory System.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Mid-level experience in a production environment.
• Proficient skills in math, reading, and writing.
• A goal-oriented mindset and the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to coordinate people and resources efficiently.
• A collaborative spirit capable of working with a diverse group of teammates.
• Familiarity with using computer systems/software.
