What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Service Cashier, you will be responsible for:
  • Provide courteous, professional customer service while answering telephones and assisting members.
  • Sell tickets and merchandise, and accurately balance cash, receipts, and deposits.
  • Serve as a committee liaison by scheduling and attending meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Engage in occasional public speaking in small forums to represent the organization.
  • Perform clerical functions, including filing and data entry, as needed.
  • Participate in infrequent local area travel as required.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Dedication and reliability, with a flexible team-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills, able to engage clearly and confidently with customers, supervisors, and coworkers.
  • Strong writing abilities and competence in reading and understanding written material.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate cash management.
  • Proficiency in word processing and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Capability to lift light loads of 30-40 lbs.
  • Public speaking experience is preferred.
