Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Pay: $96,600 - $132,900 per year (DOE) Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday Start Date: ASAP

As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team in processing biologic raw materials into high-quality intermediates for liquid reagent products. You will work closely with the production team to ensure exceptional workflow, implement effective policies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

As a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising a team of production associates in the processing of human-based raw materials into purified intermediates.
• Managing inventory activities including staging, put away, cycle counts, scrapping, and sample preparation.
• Scheduling, assigning, and managing daily activities of the production team to ensure optimal performance.
• Coaching and training personnel, while monitoring employee performance and providing constructive feedback.
• Preparing and communicating performance evaluations to team members to foster their development.
• Offering technical and process guidance to resolve production issues efficiently.
• Developing production objectives that align with quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Preparing operating procedures and standards for approval and implementation.
• Monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and budgetary constraints.
• Assisting in establishing and tracking annual budgets to control expenses.
• Communicating priorities and results to team members and stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting production challenges and escalating issues as necessary.
• Conducting interviews and selecting qualified personnel, along with making salary recommendations based on performance.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of manufacturing production experience, preferably within a regulated environment.
• 2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance issues such as FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
• The ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Relevant certifications or training in production or quality systems is a plus.

Location & Schedule:
