Job Title: Stock Clerk / Inventory Counter

What You’ll Do:

As a Stock Clerk / Inventory Counter, you will be responsible for:

• Counting, recording, and maintaining accurate inventory of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Performing regular cycle counts and participating in annual physical inventory audits.
• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Properly storing materials and finished goods in designated locations to maintain organization and accessibility.
• Preparing and staging materials for production as needed.
• Assisting with shipping and receiving duties, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipments.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area by following safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to support operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, stock clerk, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory or ERP systems.
